# Custom domain DNS verification stuck pending

We added the CNAME record three days ago and verification still shows pending, even though the record checks out fine with dig.

Propagation can take up to 24 hours depending on your registrar TTL, even after dig looks correct from your machine, since our verifier checks from a different resolver. If it is still pending after a day, send us the domain and we will check directly.

Ours cleared up after about 18 hours, no action needed on our end in the end.

Ours cleared within a day too, just needed patience.
