# Invoice date does not match the charge date

The invoice PDF is dated the first but the card was actually charged on the third. Is that a display bug?

Can confirm this is on our list to clean up, the invoice date reflects the billing cycle anchor rather than the actual charge date. Not a billing error, just confusing wording we plan to fix.

Confirmed, the invoice date is the billing cycle anchor date. Cleaning up the label so it reads "billing date" instead of "invoice date" in the next release to avoid this exact confusion.
