# Seat limits on the Basic plan

Does the one time Basic purchase include unlimited staff seats, or is there a cap we should plan around?

Basic is a one-time forum purchase, not a metered seat plan, so there is no seat cap to worry about on it specifically. Happy to double check your workspace directly if something in the product is showing a limit.

Confirmed, Basic has no seat metering at all, unlimited staff and members on it. If your dashboard is showing a cap, that is a bug, send us a screenshot.
