Is a member profile reachable at a fixed URL, and does it change if they rename themselves?

It is /u/{userId}, stays fixed even after a display name change, ids are permanent.

Can confirm, I renamed myself last month and my old bookmarked profile link still works fine.

Right, /u/{userId} is the stable form, we always link to that internally rather than a name-based URL.
