Ran a few of these one-off imports personally. If you send your export file to support we will map it in for you the same way, usually turned around within two business days.

Screen reader does not announce new answers✓ Solution

Fixed this by adding an aria-live polite region around the answer list, screen readers now announce a new answer as it streams in without needing a refresh.

Seat limits on the Basic plan✓ Solution

Confirmed, Basic has no seat metering at all, unlimited staff and members on it. If your dashboard is showing a cap, that is a bug, send us a screenshot.
