Importing questions from a previous help desk

We are migrating off our old ticketing tool and have a few thousand historical question and answer pairs. Is there a bulk import endpoint?

Ran a few of these one-off imports personally. If you send your export file to support we will map it in for you the same way, usually turned around within two business days.

No bulk import endpoint yet. For a one-off migration like this, email support with your export file and we can do it for you directly rather than you scripting against the API.
