Restricting search to a single category

Is there a way to scope search results to just the Billing category from the portal UI?

There is a category dropdown right next to the search bar on the portal, picking Billing there scopes results to just that category without needing any special syntax.

Wish I had known about that filter sooner, was trying to search by category name in the query.
