Analytics view count does not match our own tracking

The view count shown in analytics is consistently lower than what we track separately. Could there be de duplication happening on your side?

That matches what we saw, the numbers lined up once we deduped our own tracking the same way.
Explains a gap we saw too, good to have the dedup window confirmed.

Margaret DoyleIs the one-hour session window configurable, or fixed?Fixed at one hour today, not configurable per tenant. Open to revisiting if it causes a real problem for someone reporting.
Appreciate the clear one hour number, matches a discrepancy we had been trying to explain to our own stakeholders.
