We tried adding a fourth tag to a question and it silently did not save. Is three the hard limit?

The blocking error message shipped in the last release, should stop this from happening silently now.

Yes, three is a hard limit (QUESTION_MAX_TAGS). A fourth tag will not save, and the UI should be blocking it rather than silently dropping it, we will make that error more visible.
