Custom CSS support for the portal

We would like to adjust the accent color and font slightly beyond what the theme picker offers. Is custom CSS supported?

Not supported today beyond the theme picker and accent color. Full custom CSS opens up a much bigger surface for us to support safely across the portal, so it is not something we are actively building right now.
