Reply notifications do not group by thread

Confirmed, right now every reply sends its own email regardless of thread. Grouping by thread is a reasonable ask and it is on the list alongside the existing digest work, no ETA yet though.

This would help a lot, some of our busier threads flood the inbox.

Agreed, switched to the daily digest in the meantime to cut down on the noise.

A middle ground could be one email per thread per hour instead of a full daily digest, some replies are time sensitive for us.

Would still prefer proper thread grouping eventually, but the digest helps.
